Scholarships
A number of scholarships will be available for students who have limited financial support, to help them participate in the ASCrypto summer school and the Latincrypt conference.
Levels of possible financial support will be: 1) waver of registration fees, 2) local accommodation (hotel room), 3) travel support.
Note that travel support will be more limited.
Students applying for financial support should pre-register to the conference (before Sept. 1, 2019) and have a letter of recommendation from their thesis supervisor or a professor emailed to the local chair at nicolas.theriault@usach.cl with subject "Latincrypt scholarship <student name>".
The letter of recommendation should indicate the relevance of the conference for the studies and what funding is available to the student.
Confirmation of scholarship support will be sent during the first week of September.
Students applying for financial help for local accommodation should wait for confirmation before booking a hotel. Hotel reservations for supported students will be handled by the conference organizers.
